Our concrete scope covers new foundations and footings for additions and structures, slab-on-grade and basement floors, garage and shop slabs, concrete flooring with modern finishes, and structural repairs. We form, reinforce, pour, and finish to spec, with control joints placed to manage the cracking that all concrete eventually wants to do.

Floor leveling is one of our most-requested services. Older Denver-area homes and settled slabs leave floors that slope, bounce, or telegraph cracks up through tile and flooring. We assess the cause — settlement, moisture, or framing — and use the right approach, from self-leveling underlayment to structural correction, so your new flooring goes down flat and stays that way.

Drainage ties it all together. Poor grading and failed drainage are behind a huge share of the foundation and basement problems we see. We correct grading, install or repair perimeter and surface drainage, and route water away from the home — protecting both the structure and any finished space below grade. Several of our drainage clients came to us through real-estate transactions that needed the work documented and done fast; we deliver on both.
